We’ve designed the cottage to feel like a high-end, private oasis with everything you need to unwind in style. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the full kitchen features high-end appliances and flows right into the dining area. Bedrooms & Baths Primary Bedroom: Features a luxurious King bed with premium linens. Second Bedroom: Features a plush Queen bed. Bathrooms: 1.5 well-appointed bathrooms with luxury fixtures and heated floors. Outdoor Living Private Backyard: Your own secluded retreat featuring a fire pit and comfortable seating. Front Deck: A beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, shielded by a custom-built privacy wall.
Other Details to Note
The property has a larger main house towards the waterside of the home. The main house is also available as a short term rental and sleeps 12. Both spaces have their own private driveways and spaces. The Sport Court (Pickleball & Basketball!): As a fun bonus, you have access to a shared sport court on the property! The court is shared only with guests staying at the main house. It is located quite close to the cottage's front deck. We’ve built a custom privacy wall on the deck so you can relax in peace, but you may occasionally hear or see guests enjoying a game. It’s a fantastic amenity for adding some active fun to your trip! Access to the beach is a 15 minute walk through a quiet neighborhood down to Ledgewood Beach Park. There is a pathway at the southeast corner of the property leading to the ledgewood neighborhood. Shared Property: The cottage is an independent guest house located on the same property as our main Airbnb. While you have complete privacy in your designated spaces, you may see other guests coming and going in the shared driveway or on the sport court. The property is within the outer path of the Naval Airbase Jet training area. The jets typically practice Tuesday through Fridays, however they do not fly on weekends. They tend to fly at a distance a bit to the north, however they fly closer to the property on their way to the practice area and as they wrap up on their way out. The house itself has good sound isolation. Privacy disclosure: The property has security cameras on the exterior of the home only. There is a camera at the front entryway exterior and one overlooking the driveway and sport court.
